Reign of Vampire
Overview Reign of Vampire is the last game produced by Machine Zone. It was also my final project at the company, allowing me to apply all the skills and knowledge I had gained throughout my time there.
Challenges This game was an all-hands-on-deck effort. Without the backing of a strong IP like Final Fantasy, we set a high bar for every detail. Each time a feature launched, we quickly iterated based on player feedback and analytics to maximize impact. I had to work with speed and precision to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.


Each screen had plenty of information to display. As a UI Developer, I collaborated with designers and engineers to implement UI components that effectively communicated the game's mechanics and story.

Most UI elements had multiple states, such as winning, losing, highlighted, insufficient, and disabled, etc. This required careful planning and implementation to ensure a seamless user experience, and easy to maintain code.
